I don't want to sound too negative about the Hilltop farm because it's unique and special, but I just find it a little frustrating when somebody is walking around their very own farm and constantly stubbing their toes. Yeah don't worry about the Greenhouse, the path to get it repaired will become apparent in time. I would agree with the idea of the Wilderness Farm as the "hard" farm. My favorite is the Standard Farm, it's got wide open spaces and lends itself well to massive industrialization, which I appreciate. The Beach farm is fantastic, it forces you to scale things back and keep things chill, and it's got plenty of space for all your long term plans. So if you want a nice relaxing farm it's a great way to go. I love 4 corners as well, not just for Multiplayer, it's a great map. The Standard Farm is what you’ll likely remember from older versions of Stardew Valley. I haven't tried the Forest Farm yet, that's likely coming next for me. It’s a large, circular surface full of dirt and opportunity. The farm has very small bodies of water, and is ultimately poor for fishing. However, you have so much farming land You have 3,427 tiles that you can till, with a 1,953 continuous rectangular. Riverlands and Hilltop didn't sing for me personally, but maybe I'd appreciate them more with another attempt at them, I feel like I was trying to play too "vanilla" on them and only seeing their flaws, instead of embracing them for what they are. Overall I appreciate the maps and the variety of playstyles they support, it's likely just that I enjoy the "vanilla" playstyle too much for any of them to really have a chance vs the standard map. Beach and 4 corners aren't far off though.
